You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jlx77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

jlx77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. In no event shall jlx77's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlx77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jlx77.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to jlx77's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlx77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

jlx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlx77 will notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with regulatory obligations or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the jlx77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
